SCOTTISH men need to drop their macho attitude towards cancer and other diseases, a leading health charity said yesterday.
The warning came after figures showed that Scottish men are nearly twice as likely to die from cancer than their female counterparts.
It is widely accepted by health experts that men in the UK are less likely to seek advice for medical conditions. But with Scottish men 40 per cent more likely to die of cancer than females, campaigners are calling for an end to what they call the "Scottish problem" among the country's male population.

ON THURSDAY, December 10, 2009, the “Sixteen days of activism against global feminist terrorism” held by the All India Men’s Welfare Association (AIMWA) and All India Forgotten Women’s Association (AIFWA) concluded.
As the UN commemorates December 10 as the Human rights day, the two groups wished to focus the attention of the international body towards the discrimination of men.
During the 16 days of activism against global feminist terrorism, we highlighted the serious human rights abuses that men are subjected to in the name of women’s rights and the collateral damages suffered by women, children and families.

Young men are more likely to be psychologically harassed at the workplace, a study reveals. Pranks, getting insufficient information and false accusations are only a few examples of harassment
A survey conducted by two female researchers has shown that young men are more commonly victims of psychological harassment by directors and colleagues in the workplace. Bad jokes, insufficient information, not giving authorization and false accusations are some examples of harassment.

Saw this story of a serial killer on TV news and then got the print of it on the net as below.
Few points to note about this story...
-
The teacher's 1st Wife left him because he did not earn enough money for her. Later he married two women and kept them in separate houses. This very well looks like a sort of challenge he took upon himself, that he can keep two; and the 1st wife said he can't her alone!
